Paul Nichols – Managing Partner – In addition to Paragon Residential Management, Paul is also the co-founder and managing partner of Paragon Prime Funding (www.paragonprimefunding.com). Founded in 1999, Paragon Prime Funding is a commercial real estate finance and consulting boutique that structures and originates debt and equity on behalf of investors and developers. Since inception, the company has structured, analyzed, originated, advised, and / or closed approximately $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Paul has specifically originated financing for over 3,000 multifamily units totaling in excess of $300 million.
Danielle Sheldon – Partner / Property Manager – Danielle has over 10 years experience working in commercial real estate management, finance, brokerage, and development. She is actively involved in the collection of rents, maintenance, financial reporting, tenant relations & coordination. Danielle is a licensed Notary Public in the State of New York.
David P. Philips – CPA – David is a Certified Public Accountant with twenty four years of experience in accounting, auditing and taxation. He has managed his own CPA practice for the past 18 years. He serves over 150 clients ranging from small business, not for profits, and individuals. He is responsible for providing the accounting support needed for all of our property management projects.
Danielle Simons – Property Manager – Danielle is an experienced property manager with particular expertise in the management of senior housing. Danielle most recently managed a 250+ unit senior housing project whereby she promoted the sale of independent living residences, conducted facility tours, and was responsible for various accounting functions. Previously Danielle was the membership social coordinator for a 1500+ member country club in Naples, FL. Danielle received her bachelor’s degree in Communications, radio / TV / Film from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Antoinette R. Tempel – Property Manager – Antoinette comes to us with many years of experience managing and coordinating all operational and financial aspects of a family-owned residential property management business. Antoinette has years of hands on experience working in facilities management acting as a liaison between professionals, tenants and vendors and coordinating projects on many different levels. Antoinette received her Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from SUNY Cobleskill.
John DeCrescente – Property Manager – John is a seasoned property manager having spent the past 7 years managing a portfolio of 23 properties totaling 430 units throughout New York State. Within this capacity John managed all corporate accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tenant billing, banking, and security deposit escrow. He further prepared monthly financial reports and detailed property analysis for building owners. John’s experience also includes processing leases as well as calculating base rent (MBR), fuel cost adjustments (FCA) and exemptions for seniors (SCRIE) and disabled tenants (DRIE). John is a graduate of Ithaca College.
Meredith Weinman – Marketing Coordinator – Meredith manages the marketing and advertising for new and existing properties looking to attract new tenants. She coordinates projects between property owners and vendors ensuring a seamless marketing strategy from start to finish. Meredith has 6 years of marketing experience and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Siena College. Her digital marketing expertise includes website development, social media and email marketing, SEO and PPC management, Google Analytics and Ad Words, and online advertising. She also has experience with lead generation, tradeshow and event planning, new product development, branding strategies, collateral design, and print advertising.
Keeley Forbes – Administrative Assistant – Keeley coordinates incoming requests from prospective and existing tenants with the property managers. She also delegates work orders and ensures that everything is forwarded to the appropriate property manager. Keeley has 5 years’ experience working as an administrative assistant in both property management and the home insurance industry. Her experience includes filing work orders, managing incoming requests, and answering tenant’s questions via email and phone. Her professional and friendly demeanor along with her willingness to help make her a pleasure to work with.
